Le Secrétaire général de l'ONU, Ban Ki-moon, et la Présidente de la Commission de l'Union africaine, Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma, ont nommé jeudi Joseph Mutaboba, du Rwanda, comme Représentant spécial conjoint adjoint de l'Union africaine et des Nations Unies au Darfour et Chef adjoint de l'Opération hybride Union africaine-Nations Unies au Darfour (MINUAD).
