Le Secrétaire général des Nations Unies, Ban Ki-moon, a annoncé mercredi la nomination du général de corps d'armée Babacar Gaye, du Sénégal, en tant que Représentant spécial et Chef du Bureau intégré des Nations Unies pour la consolidation de la paix en République centrafricaine (BINUCA), basé à Libreville, au Gabon.
