Le Président de la Cour pénale internationale (CPI), le juge Sang-Hyun Song, a présenté jeudi son rapport annuel à l'Assemblée générale des Nations Unies à New York. La CPI, qui a été établie avec l'entrée en vigueur du Statut de Rome en 2002, marque cette année sa dixième année d'existence.
