Inaugural Forum on the Global Partnership on Children with Disabilities puts children with disablities in the forefront

NEW YORK, 18 September 2012 - On September 14-15, UNICEF hosted the first Forum of the Global Partnership on Children with Disabilities. Two hundred and forty participants representing more than 100 organizations from across the world took part to discuss how the rights and needs of children with disabilities should be prioritized in development efforts.
