Le Secrétaire général de l'ONU, Ban Ki-moon, a salué mercredi l'annonce par les autorités de Fidji que l'état d'urgence allait être bientôt levé, estimant qu'il s'agissait d'un pas positif vers la restauration de l'ordre constitutionnel.
