Ban Ki-moon nomme son nouveau Représentant spécial en Afghanistan

Le Secrétaire général des Nations Unies Ban Ki-moon a nommé mercredi l´ancien Ministre des affaires étrangères de Slovaquie Jan Kubis comme Représentant spécial du Secrétaire général en Afghanistan. M. Kubis succèdera à l´ancien chef de la Mission d´assistance des Nations Unies en Afghanistan (MANUA), Staffan de Mistura qui complètera son mandat le 31 décembre.
