Etats-Unis : Pillay regrette profondément l'exécution d'un Mexicain au Texas

La Haut commissaire des Nations Unies aux droits de l'homme, Navi Pillay, a regretté profondément vendredi l'exécution aux Etats-Unis d'un ressortissant mexicain, Humberto Leal García, après une décision de dernière minute par la Cour suprême américaine refusant un sursis à exécution. M. Leal García a été condamné à mort pour un assassinat commis au Texas en février 1998.
