Le Secrétaire général de l'ONU, Ban Ki-moon, a appelé vendredi le Premier ministre israélien, Benjamin Netanyahu, à négocier un accord « historique » avec les Palestiniens afin qu'une solution puisse voir le jour par l'établissement de deux Etats vivant côte-à-côte dans la paix et la sécurité.
