Benghazi / Tripoli / Genève (CICR) – Aujourd'hui, un avion du Comité international de la Croix-Rouge (CICR) a transporté cinq ressortissants libyens de Benghazi à Tripoli, afin qu'ils retrouvent leur famille. Les cinq personnes – toutes des civils – ont été confiées à des collaborateurs du CICR à Benghazi par le Conseil national de transition, qui avait donné son accord pour les libérer.
