Le 18 septembre 2009, le bureau du premier ministre du Québec annonçait par voie de communiqué la tenue d’une seconde mission du Québec en Inde, pour février 2010 (1). Les missions québécoises au pays de Nehru et de Gandhi sont maintenant monnaie courante (2) mais de celles qu’aura dirigé le premier ministre, il n’y en aura que deux avec celle de 2010.
