Conférence internationale sur les enfants soldats

Une conférence internationale sur les enfants soldats s’est ouverte lundi 5 février, à Paris. Des diplomates et représentants d'ONG et d'une soixantaine de pays y participent. L’objectif est de « rassembler, pour la première fois, autour d’une même table, tous les acteurs qui peuvent faire avancer la question, le dossier des enfants soldats, c’est-à-dire s’engager sans équivoque pour la libération des enfants-soldats et leur réinsertion à long terme dans la société », a souligné M. Henri Leblanc, directeur de programme d’Unicef en France et co-organisateur de la conférence, dans un entretien avec Idriss Fall.
