J’ai éprouvé une très grande tristesse en apprenant la mort d’Andrée Chedid. Une amitié de quarante années. Nous nous voyions périodiquement dans son petit appartement à Paris et également à Montréal où son frère résidait il y a une vingtaine d’années. En son absence ses poèmes et ses romans me faisaient entendre sa voix, douce, jamais lointaine, chaleureuse.
