IS Video Prompts Turkish Social Media Blackout

Turkish authorities imposed a social media blackout following Friday's release of the Islamic State (IS) video purportedly showing two Turkish soldiers being burned alive. For several hours, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube all were blocked.
