US Electoral College Casts Presidential Votes

The 2016 presidential election is officially over. Finally. Almost. The 538 members of the Electoral College cast their votes Monday. And though Hillary Clinton won the popular vote by a margin of almost 3 million, the Electoral College elected Donald Trump the 45th President of the United States.
