Hurricane, Quake Strike Central America at Same Time

Hurricane Otto battered Nicaragua and Costa Rica with powerful winds and torrential rains Thursday, the same day a major earthquake shook the region. Homes were damaged and thousands evacuated, but no deaths reported.
