Quake Reported in North Korea; S. Korea Says Likely Nuclear Test

A 5.0-magnitude quake occurred in North Korea near the Punggye-ri Nuclear Test Site, according to the European Earthquake Center. A South Korean officials tells the Yonhap news agency that the earthquake was very likely caused by a nuclear test, although there has been no confirmation. Details are still coming in.
