Chinese, Japanese, South Korean Leaders Discuss Regional Tensions

Foreign ministers of Japan, South Korea, and China have begun trilateral talks about regional tensions. The leaders are expected to discuss territorial disputes, a U.S. missile defense system, and North Korea, during their Tokyo meeting. Japanese Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida welcomed China's Wang Yi and South Korea's Yun Byung-Se to dinner Tuesday before formal talks Wednesday.
