US Swimmer Will Donate $11,000 to Charity, Settle Rio Robbery Dispute

American swimmer James Feigen has agreed to pay a charity in Brazil nearly $11,000 to settle his part of a robbery scandal at the Rio Olympic Games, allowing him to return to the U.S. Feigen's attorney made the announcement early Friday after lengthy meetings with government and legal authorities in Rio.
