Virginia Mosque Running Volunteer Program to Visit Patients in Hospital

The Darul Hijra Mosque of Falls Church, Virginia, is running a volunteer program which sends members to visit hospitalized patients who do not have relatives or friends to pay them a visit. The program is run by a Palestinian student, Eliya Hammad, who attends George Washington University. VOA's Tabinda Naeem has more.
