Average Weight of American Men Up 7 Kilos Over 20 Years

American men are, on average, about 7 kilograms heavier than just 20 years ago, according to a new report. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention released data Wednesday saying that the average weight for U.S. men over the age of 20 is 88.7 kilograms, according to data from 2011 to 2014.
