North Carolina Voter ID Law Struck Down

A U.S. Court of Appeals struck down Friday a North Carolina law that required voters to show photo identification before casting their ballot. The three-judge panel in the 4th circuit court of appeals ruled that the law had "discriminatory intent" and voted to overturn it.
