Cambodian Opposition Chief Handed Heavy Fines in Defamation Ruling

Cambodian opposition leader Sam Rainsy was found guilty Friday of defaming National Assembly President Heng Samrin, a high-ranking member of the ruling party, in a Facebook post last November.
