Taiwan Blast Wounds 34 on Commuter Train

Authorities in Taiwan say an explosion and fire on a commuter train has wounded at least 24 passengers; some seriously. Police say what appears to be a pipe bomb exploded on one of the cars Friday, setting off a fire. Firefighters extinguished the blaze within minutes. There has been no claim of responsibility for the incident.
