Minnesota Man Fatally Shot by Police

A man was fatally shot Wednesday night by a police officer during a traffic stop in the Midwestern city Falcon Heights, Minnesota. It was the second fatal police shooting of an African American man by white police officers in as many days. In the latest shooting, a child and a woman were passengers in the car.
