Childhood Friend Remembers Orlando Shooter as 'Peculiar'

Sean Chagani said he was a childhood friend of Omar Mateen, the shooter who attacked a gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida, and killed 49 people early Sunday. Chagani remembered Mateen as a "peculiar guy," but never someone who "acted out aggressively." Chagani said he had not seen Mateen for years.
