Police Chief, Partner Slain in Paris Suburb; IS Claims Responsibility

A senior police chief and an unidentified woman were stabbed to death outside his home in France Monday night. A three-year-old boy was rescued by police at the scene. The assailant was killed in clashes with police at the scene.
