US/UN: North Korea Producing Plutonium

North Korea has apparently restarted production of plutonium for use in its nuclear weapons program. U.S. and United Nations officials say North Korea has restarted a fuel reprocessing plant at its main nuclear complex at Yongbyon.  The plant recovers plutonium from spent reactor fuel.
