Uganda Convicts Mastermind in 2010 Bombing

A Ugandan court has convicted the mastermind of the twin bombings that killed 76 people in the capital, Kampala, in July 2010. Judge Alphonse Owiny Dollo said Issa Luyima was shown to have played a significant role in planning the attacks. He was convicted Thursday on charges of terrorism.
