Peshmerga Regroup to Recapture Iraqi Town from IS

Islamic State militants launched a multi-front offensive at dawn Tuesday in Iraq, hitting various Kurdish frontline positions north and south of Mosul. The militants used heavy weapons and suicide attackers in attempts to breach the frontline held mainly by Peshmerga forces backed by U.S. advisers and coalition airstrikes. VOA's Kawa Omar spoke with some of the Peshmerga fighters as they re-grouped after the assault. Robert Raffaele narrates his report.
