Coast Guard Plucks Bubble Runner from Ocean - Again

A man attempting to “run” from Florida to Bermuda has been stopped a second time from pursuing his goal. Using a plastic bubble running device, Reza Baluchi was towed back to land Sunday by the Coast Guard, which said he violated an order not to embark.
