Dow Trades at Over 18,000, First Since July 2015

The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose back above 18,000 during Monday's trading for the first time this year, a level not seen since July 2015. Both the Dow and S&P 500 touched new 2016 highs in Monday trade, despite no agreement on a crude oil production freeze among the 16 major petroleum producers meeting in Doha, Qatar over the weekend. Perhaps the market is not as married to oil prices as it once was? The big winner was Hasbro as it reported an 83% increase in first quarter...
