Brazil's Senate to Determine Whether Rousseff Goes on Trial

Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff is expected to give her reaction Monday to the launching of impeachment proceedings against her. Lawmakers in the lower house of Congress voted late Sunday to send the matter to the Senate, which will consider whether to put Rousseff on trial on charges of manipulating budget accounts.
