Second Japan Quake Kills 19; Aftershocks Continue

Japan's Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has ordered more troops and disaster relief officials to the south of the country where two powerful earthquakes have struck over the span of two days. At least 19 people are reported to have died in the second quake Saturday morning near Kumamoto city.
