Strong Earthquake Shakes Central, South Asian Capitals

A strong earthquake centered in northeast Afghanistan rattled parts of Central and South Asia on Sunday. AFP reported one person was killed by falling debris in Pakistan's mountainous northern region of Gilgit-Baltistan.
