Cease-Fire Holds in Disputed Nagorno-Karabakh Region

Azerbaijani and Armenian forces both said they are largely observing a cease-fire following four days of fighting in the Nagorno-Karabakh region. Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry says its forces were strictly observing the cease-fire around the disputed territory. The Armenian side said the cease-fire was largely holding despite some sporadic shelling. The cease-fire was declared Tuesday in Moscow by officials of both countries.
