Kenyan President’s Speech Interrupted by Whistling Lawmakers

Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta had his annual State of the Nation address to Parliament interrupted when parliamentarians began loudly whistling Thursday. The loud, screeching whistles started almost immediately as Kenyatta began speaking, forcing him to temporarily halt his speech while he asked House Speaker Justin Muturi to restore order.
