Zuma Failed to Uphold Constitution, S. African Court Finds

South Africa's highest court says President Jacob Zuma 'failed to uphold the constitution' as it delivered its ruling in a case over public funding of improvements to Zuma's home. The Constitutional Court said Zuma should repay from personal funds an amount to be determined by the national treasury for the upgrades.
