US Fed Keeps Interest Rates Unchanged

The Federal Reserve's policymaking committee concluded two days of meetings in Washington with an announcement to keep already low interest rates unchanged for now. Speaking to reporters Wednesday, Fed chair Janet Yellen said the U.S. economic outlook remains healthy, despite the potential impact of weaker global growth. But as Mil Arcega reports, some analysts wonder why the Fed is being so cautious.
