When 23-year-old Cordelia Cranshaw earned a master's degree in social work, it was an incredible accomplishment. She was a foster child from a troubled family who overcame the obstacles against her. But it wasn't easy for her, and she felt that no one else should have to do it alone — so now she's helping other troubled children.
