Japanese Red Cross Notes 5-Year Anniversary of Tsunami

The Japanese Red Cross Society says thousands of families and elderly people are still displaced five years after the earthquake and tsunami that devastated the country's northeast coastline and set off a meltdown at the Fukushima nuclear plant.
