Polish Constitutional Court Strikes Down New Rules on Court

Poland's Constitutional Tribunal has ruled that a raft of new laws regulating the court are unconstitutional. With its ruling Wednesday, the county's top legislative court weighed in on a legal crisis that has upended politics in the country and brought sharp condemnation from European and U.S. authorities.
