Balkan Countries Enact New Restrictions on Migrants

Slovenia, Croatia, and Serbia say they are no longer allowing migrants to pass their borders with no plans to apply for asylum, effectively closing off the so-called "Balkan route" taken by many migrants headed for wealthier nations in western Europe. Slovenia announced it would begin enforcing the new policy at midnight Tuesday, and Croatia and Serbia say they are following suit.  Slovenia's action is in line with a decree made Monday at an EU meeting in Brussels...
