Issa Saharkhiz ends hunger strike after visit from prosecutor

Reporters Without Borders (RSF) is pleased that Issa Saharkhiz has ended his life-threatening hunger strike and urges the authorities to free him and the 37 other journalists and citizen-journalists currently detained in the Islamic Republic of Iran. During a short phone call with his family yesterday, Saharkhiz reported that he had resumed eating after a visit from a prosecutor and a significant change in his conditions of detention.
