A Somali-American man, Abdirizak Mohamed Warsame, pleaded guilty Thursday to charges of conspiring to provide material support to the Islamic State militant group. Warsame was part of a group of five Minnesota men who met several times during 2014 and 2015 to plan a journey to Syria. He was arrested in Eagan, Minnesota, in December.
