US Congress Hits North Korean Leadership with Tough Sanctions

Something very rare happened in the U.S. Congress this week: Republicans and Democrats agreed to support tough action on North Korea after a series of provocations by Pyongyang. The House of Representatives passed broad new sanctions Friday against North Korea by a vote of 408 to 2.
