NFL Owners Approve Moving Rams Back to Los Angeles

After 21 years, Los Angeles, California, is getting its football team back. National Football League (NFL) team owners voted 30-2 Tuesday night to move the St. Louis Rams back to Los Angeles for the 2016 season.
