As the United Nations Climate Summit continues in Paris, among the issues on the table is the divide between rich and poor countries, with the poorer, more vulnerable countries saying the wealthy should pay for adaptation to climate change. Huge investment projects are speeding ahead in Africa, where economic and agricultural development could be on a collision course with the environment.
