Hurricane Sandra Loses Strength Off Mexican Coast

Hurricane Sandra weakened slightly Thursday but was still a Category 3 storm in the eastern Pacific off Mexico's coast. The hurricane had maximum sustained winds of 195 kilometers per hour (120 miles per hour).
