New Islamic State Video Threatens New York

Islamic State released a new video Wednesday evening, this one threatening New York City. It shows what appears to be an explosive device, which is then zipped inside someone’s leather jacket. Next, the video shows shots of New York’s famous Times Square. The New York Police Department (NYPD) was quick to point out that some of the footage used in the video was old. “There is no current threat to the city at this time,” tweeted NYPD Director of Communication J.
