Premature Birth Still Top Killer of Young Children

People around the world are observing World Prematurity Day on November 17. In New York, the Empire State Building will be lit in purple, the color of the March of Dimes, an international organization focused on making sure every baby is born healthy and full term. It's also the color of World Prematurity Day. Buildings in other countries will be lit in purple, too, including the Bosophorus Bridge in Turkey and the Heidelberg Castle in Germany.
